The Sting Recovery database developed by Dakcs Software Systems incorporates several highly automated subsystems. These include First Alert for mail room outsourcing; Dakcsnet for skiptracing and directory assistance; VIC - Voice Information Center for interactive telephone voice response and outbound automated dialing; and Footprint, for document imaging capabilities. Also a powerful credit bureau inquiry module allows us to report to all three major credit reporting entities. This strategy allows us to work a greater volume of accounts and locate people which you had previously thought lost.

DAKCS Software Systems’ newly released debt collection software package takes all of the great features of the original text based Sting product and makes them work effectively and efficiently in a client server Windows environment. This product uses a “GUI” client server that allows Outsource to provide simple solutions to our client’s accounts receivables needs.

The Beyond.Net graphical interface and screen designer allows Outsource to design client specific screens which can display key information to the collectors to help maximize client recovery.

The system contains an integrated imaging system allowing collectors electronic access to all documents pertaining to accounts referred. This saves time pulling documents and increases the amount of time spent on the collection of your past due receivables.

Beyond.Net contains a report archiving and retrieval tool. This allows us to recreate any report sent to your business in the past and reports, events and programs can be scheduled to occur and will be sent to your office automatically. This is useful if you wish to receive regularly scheduled debtor status reports, actuaries or production analysis reports. The output from these programs can be formatted in a number of industry standard types (PDF, rtf, pal, text, etc.), and the output devices can be located anywhere on our LAN or accessed through a VPN.

Beyond.Net also contains an integrated SQL 99 data mining and report generation module allowing us to create any report that you might need to maintain your accounts receivables.
