About Us

Outsource Receivables Management, formerly Green & Sons, Agency, Inc. was founded in 1961 by Wayne H. Green and has grown over the years from a small staff to nearly fifty employees. The company is still owned and maintained by the Green family today. The growth of the collection agency created the opportunity to start a software company specifically designed for collection agencies. DAKCS Software was created, and currently shares a 28,000 square foot facility with Outsource. This relationship enables us to provide the most powerful collection tools available to maintain our client's accounts receivables. This affiliation makes it possible to offer our clients virtually everything they need; from flexibility in referring accounts, to constant on-line audits of our collection procedures, to unparalleled customer service. With this combination of collection experience and technology we have been able to create lasting relationships with many high quality companies to provide a unique accounts receivable solution.

Outsource is currently involved in a number of organizations within the collection industry. Outsource is currently a member of the American Collectors Association which is a national association of credit and collection professionals. Founded in 1939, ACA International has appropriately 5,300 members, including third-party collection agencies, attorneys, credit grantors and vendor affiliates. Headquartered in Minneapolis, ACA International serves members in the United States, Canada, and 58 other countries worldwide. ACA International provides Outsource with valuable training materials as well as up to date information on all legislation affecting the collection industry worldwide. As a member of ACA we are able to assign accounts if needed to other agencies throughout the country. Currently Outsource participates in ACA, International's Healthcare Services Program, which is made up of members who pledge to maintain the highest standards in the collection of healthcare accounts. Outsource is also a member of the Government Services Program which promotes active participation by ACA members in developing new collection opportunities in the specialized area of government collections and to assist members already serving government entities.

Outsource is affiliated with the DAKCS International consortium. This is an organization of DAKCS Software users located throughout the country. There are currently 280 agencies that participate and use the software. This relationship provides Outsource with a non-competitive business partnership with these companies. Once client approval has been secured, we have the technology to automatically forward business to any one of these agencies. At the annual DAKCS conference we are able to share industry ideas that are effective throughout the country, sharing in new, creative ways to help our clients with powerful solutions in the recovery of debt.

Outsource is a member of the Idaho Collectors Association, as well as the Utah Association of Collectors. Currently, the Director of Idaho Operations of Outsource Receivables Management is head of the Idaho Collectors Association Grievance Committee. He also serves on the Idaho Collector Association Department of Finance Committee. These organizations of collection agencies work together to promote legislation that will benefit the collection industry and both organizations work with ACA International to provide collector training to association members. This helps Outsource remain current on any legislation affecting the collection industry, as well as sharing any relevant information with our clients. Many of our past and present company officers have served as president of one of these corporations.

Outsource is also currently a member of the HFMA-Idaho Chapter and Keith Reimer of Outsource Receivables Management has been awarded the Fullmer Bronze Merit Award by this organization.
