Using our VIC III Voice Information Center, we can generate a high volume of automated messages for a fraction of the cost of a letter.

Customized Message Content


The message content played to the individual when contact is made may be created, and if desired, recorded by your office. These messages may instruct individuals to contact your office, let them know important dates, remind them of upcoming appointments, etc.


Call Frequency


Outsource will program the frequency of call attempts to suit your businesses needs. For example a "No Answer" at a home number may be attempted every hour until contact with a live person, or answering machine is reached. The same is true of call detections such as "Busy Signal" and "Fax Tone". These calls can be scheduled for a particular time of day, or a particular date.


Placement and Reporting


Accounts may be sent to Outsource for "Automated Messaging" using any delimited file. The most popular format seems to be a spreadsheet in a program such as "Microsoft Excel". Once the accounts have been entered, and the calls made, a detailed reporting of the results will be emailed for your records.
