24 hour Access
Client Services is a web based product offering our clients 24 hour-a-day access to information regarding their accounts. Using an assigned access code and PIN number you can audit individual accounts and access information such as collector comments, VIC III Automated Dialer history, Intercept history and Letter history. This tool is updated real-time and the information displayed is always current. Many of the performance reports provided by Outsource may be acquired using this product, the internet and a web browser.
When accessing our system, you may also send a message to the Outsource collection counselor regarding a particular account, place information in an account history and submit new demographic information for a particular individual. Contact with all Outsource key personnel is also available with the click of the mouse.
In addition, any written reports required, may be scheduled by date and time and printed on a designated network printer on your site. These may be reports designed by Outsource, or you may create a custom report using the SQL 99 report generating module integrated in the Client Services product. If you are not familiar with the SQL language, Outsource will create the desired report and place it on within the Remote Client to be executed at your discretion.
